Storytime — Tuesdays indoors and Fridays outside in Memory Park, Chino Valley Public Library. Sessions run 10:00–10:30 AM for ages 0–3 and from 10:30 AM for ages 3–8. Free.

Arizona Restaurant Week — Through Sunday, September 27, participating restaurants citywide. Local eateries, including Red, White, & Brew, offer special prix-fixe menus for the statewide dining celebration.

Prescott Writers: Writing Dialogue for the Stage and the Page — Tuesday, September 22, 6:00–7:30 PM, Prescott Public Library, 215 E. Goodwin St. A craft workshop for writers on building believable dialogue.

Stand-Up Comedy Night at the Elks — Wednesday, September 23, 6:00–9:00 PM, Prescott Elks Theater, 117 E. Gurley St. An evening of stand-up in the historic opera house.

PAWS for Reading — Tuesday, September 22, 3:30–4:30 PM, Prescott Public Library. Kids read aloud to a certified therapy dog and build reading confidence one page at a time.

Bronzesmith Fine Art Gallery and Foundry Tour — Thursday, September 24, Bronzesmith Fine Art Gallery & Foundry. A behind-the-scenes look at the bronze-casting process, from wax models to finished sculpture.

Dewey-Humboldt

Agua Fria Festival — Saturday, September 26, Main Street. Billed as Arizona’s oldest street fair, hosted by the Dewey-Humboldt Historical Society. The Ole West Parade steps off at 10:00 AM, alongside a pet parade, live music, vendors, games, and food.

Friday Night Barn Dance — Fridays, September 25 and October 2, gates open 5:30 PM, dinner 6:00–8:00 PM, live music and dancing 6:00–10:00 PM, Mortimer Farms, 12907 E. State Route 169. Chad Freeman Band plays September 25; Christian Warren takes the stage October 2. Farm-to-table dinner and dancing under the stars.

Pick-Your-Own at Mortimer Farms — Daily, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Mortimer Farms. Tomatoes, peppers, squash, and more are ready to harvest as the main growing season winds down.

Cottonwood — The House of Ruth Walk for Life steps off Friday, September 25, and Verde Valley Kayaking & Outdoor Wine Tasting paddles out Saturday, September 26. The Cottonwood Farmers Market at Old Town Square continues Fridays, 4:00–8:00 PM.

Sedona — Restaurant Week Sedona runs through September 27, with special menus at local restaurants. The Sedona Yoga Festival opens October 1 and runs through October 4.
